I got price shock when it was time to pay for oil change- normally they put in semi synthetic oil in my charger- this time she told me price, I asked why so high- she said they put in full synthetic—told her normally they put in semi synthetic oil in my charger- this time she told me price, I asked why so high- she said they put in full synthetic—told her normally semi synthetic is put in- she told me her computer didn’t give her that option- I feel like I paid for her mistake- she started complimenting my car saying it deserved it etc-trying to smooth it over- she could have at the very least say we are putting in full synthetic oil instead to give me the option to decline that higher price oil- you guys have done the majority of my oil changes but $100 plus with out a choice is pushing it More
