My family and I were on our way to the mountains for our vacation. We were 300 miles from home so when my truck experienced issues I was sick. I was greeted immediately by Chuck Phipps. I told him what was going on and he ran a diagnostic. Between Chuck and Robert I have to say that this could not have gone more smoothly. I was in and out within 3 hours and back on the road. Chuck was courteous and understanding of my situation and prioritized getting me back on the road. Robert the head mechanic was professional and told me exactly what I was dealing with. I cannot express my gratitude in words to these two men, but if I lived closer I would ONLY bring my vehicle here as I have never had this kind of experience when dealing with a dealers service department.
