Just Great! I had originally had my Grand Jeep Cherokee towed to the dealer in Bossier City on a Friday. We called the day before to advise we were bringing it. I had originally had my Grand Jeep Cherokee towed to the dealer in Bossier City on a Friday. We called the day before to advise we were bringing it. Once we got there we were told it would be 2 WEEKS before they could even LOOK at it. They offered absolutely NO HELP at all. I was stunned! I couldn't get it towed again so took the chance and drove it to this dealer. Long story short they ended up getting it in on Monday and I picked it up on Wednesday afternoon! They stayed in touch and advised us of the status. I cannot recommend these folks enough! They were just great! Shirley was very helpful and beyond courteous! More
