In the past couple of years we had rented Dodge Caravans to go on some trips. We really enjoyed the trips because of all the extra room and storage it had. But we wanted to look at the Chrysler Pacifica to what the difference was. Clifford our salesperson did an outstanding job of showing the cars. He was very knowledgeable of the cars that we were interested in. He made it a very pleasurable experience in buying the car. We were really impressed with everyone involved in the whole process of getting the car. They explained and answered all of our questions. Great Buying Experience. I know the next time I'm in the market to buy a car my salesperson will be Clifford Salone. More

Fast and fair I went to Hebert's Town & Country in my 2015 Charger to get it serviced. While waiting I visited with Colby Currier who had sold me the Charger and d I went to Hebert's Town & Country in my 2015 Charger to get it serviced. While waiting I visited with Colby Currier who had sold me the Charger and discussion turned towards what trade in value it had. Turned out I owed less than it was worth on a trade. Found a Durango that had everything I was looking for and we made the deal after a test drive. Took a total of a couple of hours. As long as Colby is at Hebert's I'll be trading there. Btw, love the Durango. More

It is no longer about the client, so as things go; I very rarely even have a pleasant experience when dealing with any large company. But, I believe it necessary to say something when a person goes above and beyond just doing their job. John Frazier, went well above and beyond what was/is required of him. Not only did he help me to insure that my truck was fully repaired. He, and some of the other managers, when they found out that my son was being born around the time that my truck would be complete, they got my son and my wife gifts and John himself brought my truck too me rather than having me leave my new born first child to pick up my truck. John Frazier and the entire team at this dealership has gone to the nth degree to take care of and help. Thank all of y'all, I really do not know how to properly thank all of you. Jordan M.
