Concerned about what the problem might be, my husband called a week ago and scheduled an appointment Friday, December 28th 2018at 7:15 a.m. (We share this Jeep as it is our only vehicle). I dropped my husband at work at 5 a.m. Thursday, December 27th approximately at 7:30 a.m., the Jeep was not shifting and wouldn't safely shift past 3rd gear. So I called ahead and asked Shirley if I could bring it in now. She said yes and I drove it in and stayed while Hebert's staff processed it in. I was told that since it was a day early, they would "see if they could work it in". Nick was handling it at this point. So the courtesy driver dropped me off at our home on Barksdale Air Force Base Thursday morning. I immediately called and arranged a rental service to pick up my husband from work and help him rent a car. Thursday night, no word on whether the Jeep had been looked at. Friday, my husband asked me to take care and coordinate whatever was recommended. I explained to the staff that my husband would be at work Friday and that I needed them to call me in order to not disturb him at his job. However, they ignored this and called his cell once and did not leave a message. My husband and I both spoke to a technician at different times yesterday and the consensus from Hebert's was "we don't know" what is wrong with it. Nick went home sick Thursday, I can't remember the other guy who was covering for him yesterday, but he asked me "are you sure your having problem?" We asked the tech to please just change the transmission filter and fluid. Well today when my husband called, they hadn't worked on it. So I got on the phone and asked Shirley some questions leading to a man saying his name is Chuck and is the service supervisor to tell me "you need a transmission for your little Jeep." II said how much? $4497.34 for a vehicle worth around $7000 according to Kelley Blue Blook.Se asked for a corporate number since this man complained also that "we called but didn't get an answer". They did not listen and called my husband at the cell phone while he was on the job at a VA call center. Shirley said they don't have corporate so I asked for Mr. Hebert out of third day of getting the run around. They hung up on me. I am disappointed as we are purchasing a vehicle this year. It won't be at this dealership. More

Crisis deverted!!! Yesterday I was picking my husband up after a long stay in the hospital...my stress level was peaked when I got in the car and it wouldn't start...I c Yesterday I was picking my husband up after a long stay in the hospital...my stress level was peaked when I got in the car and it wouldn't start...I contacted my dealer and he had a car delivered to me...which leaves my car in the hospital parking lot...but Chuck Phipps to the rescue...he came and got my car and took it to be serviced... before we were ready to leave the hospital Chuck called and they had already found the problem...talk about quick service, im very impressed...I told him we'd come by his dealership and swap the cars back but he said hed rather take a closer look to make sure there wlalsnt anything else...because we had over an hour drive til we got home and Chuck was concerned and didn't want anything to happen on our drive....he said to drive the loaner home and he would get my car back to me once he was sure everything was taken care of... Chuck messaged me this evening to let me know my car was fixed and will be delivered tmrw morning....I couldn't be happier right now...if you're in Shreveport and need service done on your vehicle, go to the man that cares about his customers... In the past couple of years we had rented Dodge Caravans to go on some trips. We really enjoyed the trips because of all the extra room and storage it had. But we wanted to look at the Chrysler Pacifica to what the difference was. Clifford our salesperson did an outstanding job of showing the cars. He was very knowledgeable of the cars that we were interested in. He made it a very pleasurable experience in buying the car. We were really impressed with everyone involved in the whole process of getting the car. They explained and answered all of our questions. Great Buying Experience. I know the next time I'm in the market to buy a car my salesperson will be Clifford Salone. More

Fast and fair I went to Hebert's Town & Country in my 2015 Charger to get it serviced. While waiting I visited with Colby Currier who had sold me the Charger and d I went to Hebert's Town & Country in my 2015 Charger to get it serviced. While waiting I visited with Colby Currier who had sold me the Charger and discussion turned towards what trade in value it had. Turned out I owed less than it was worth on a trade. Found a Durango that had everything I was looking for and we made the deal after a test drive. Took a total of a couple of hours. As long as Colby is at Hebert's I'll be trading there. Btw, love the Durango. More
