it is not the most customer centered. I had my new Jeep in to have a warranty part replaced, The parts manager and his staff were fabulous. The wrong part had been ordered and they got on the phone and took care of it immediately. Pick up time just wasn't up to par. The gentleman who went to get my car brought it round, left the door open, didn't speak and walked away. Had to call to him and chase him down to find where my keys were left. Someone else suggested to him that they were in the cup holder. He looked and said yes they're there. What would it have taken to say here is your key, put it in my hand and said have a nice day? AVOID HEBERT TOWN & COUNTRY! I bought a new car from this dealership in 2013. I have had CONSTANT problems with my vehicle and after close to a dozen trips to Hebert, nothing has I bought a new car from this dealership in 2013. I have had CONSTANT problems with my vehicle and after close to a dozen trips to Hebert, nothing has been resolved. I recently discovered that NONE of my previous service visits were even logged in their computer system except for oil change related information and general maintenance tasks (vehicle inspection, fluid levels, etc.). They have also broken parts on my vehicle and covered up the damage, put the wrong oil in my car, left parts off, ignored specific requests, etc.. Hebert's service department has caused more damage to my car than they've attempted to repair. They keeps resetting any check engine lights rather than finding the root cause of them and/or attempting to repair my vehicle. Of course, none of the check engine light occurrences were logged in their system. On my last visit, the service staff seemed to treat me as if I lied about bringing in my car previously. At this point, I have contacted Chrysler Fiat Group for help as a last resort. I'm just very thankful I kept all videos, pictures, phone recordings, etc.. More

THE SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP IS THE MOST UNORGANIZED PLACE IVE EVER SEEN , THE WORK THEY PERFORMED ON OUR VEHICLE WAS TERRIBLE I THINK MY 7 YR OLD GRANSON COULD HAVE DONE BETTER . WE JUST BOUGT A CAR HERE AND SPENT 30,000 PLUS AND TWO MONTHS LATER WE ARE HAVING TO TAKE OUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET THE WORK THEY DID, REDONE AT OUR EXPENSE. THE MANAGEMENT IN SERVICE WAS NOT HELPFUL AND ONLY OFFERED TO REDO THE WORK THEY DONE WITH NO GAURENTEE THAT IT WOULD BE ANY BETTER . THE MANGERS EXACT WORDS WERE " IT MAY LOOK BETTER OR IT MAY NOT " , WHAT KINDA OF ANSWER IS THAT FOR A CUSTOMER WHO JUST SPENT THIS KINDA MONEY ON A NEW CAR . I CAUTION ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ,DO NOT EXPECT TO GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED PROPERLY , OR ANY COURTEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE . The Service Department is a Diaster My experience was a DISASTER. I found the service department to be unorganized, uninformative and overall-unprofessional. All service departments have a standardized book that tells them how long a repair to a vehicle should take. I made arrangements the day before to bring my vehicle in for service on the next morning. I got there at 06:45 hours and was the third one in line. At 09:30ish, I asked what was going on with my truck and was told they were performing the services I requested. By 12:30PM, it still wasn't done, when I demanded my truck be returned to me. I was told that it was up on a lift and that the technician said that I needed a fuel and air filter. (Oddly, I came for an oil change, wash and a recall and had nothing to do with the air intake or fuel system. Oh, let's just sell me something else on a 2005 2500 Ram with 10,400 miles on it. Really?) It was only then that I was offered a shuttle home but was told I still had to wait because the driver was at lunch... After telling them to take thier time to fix it (casue God knows I don't want to have to come back for them to repair anything), I left by my own volition. At 4:47PM, I get a phone call from the service manager, himself, to inform me that the truck was done, BUT it hadn’t been washed and to call him if I still wanted that service performed. REALLY? It's evident that the service department can't support the sales this dealership makes. Next time, I need service to this truck; I'll take it somewhere else, anywhere else. This type of behavior is why my other truck and car is a Honda... More

I purchased my truck from this dealer about 7 months ago and had a less than favorable experience but decided to give them another chance for my first service visit. I attempted to take the truck in about a month ago with a few electronic items to check out. I left the vehicle, called in the afternoon, and the truck had not been looked at because they were too busy. I went back and picked it up because I hadn't made plans to be without it overnight and told them I would bring it back. Around that same time, I purchased an extended warranty from Chrysler which provides for a first day loaner, among other things, when the truck is taken in for service, if it is a one day repair. I called on Monday of last week to schedule an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, software update and to check a rattle in the console. I wanted to make the appointment for Tuesday and wanted to pick back up the same day. They could not guaranty one day service and suggested an appointment for Thursday, but still could not guaranty it would be ready same day. I dropped the truck off Thursday morning and had not heard anything by 3:00 so I called to check on it. They had not looked at it and asked to keep it overnight and I agreed. I heard nothing all day Friday and returned Saturday at noon to pick the truck up regardless. When I asked to pick it up, it was promptly returned to me but still had not been looked at. They were too busy, for three days. I understood that was what an appointment was for, to give you priority over drop offs, but apparently I'm wrong. I was also refused a loaner vehicle when I dropped it off, as apparently they don't honor that part of the extended warranty. or I didn't fit the criteria. When I left the dealer around 12:30, I drove directly to another dealer and was in and out and less than two hours with all my service completed except for fixing the rattle. And this dealer scheduled a time for me to return for that repair and scheduled a loaner for me. Unfortunately, I will not to return to Hebert's Town and Country. More
