They kept saying oh next oh next we can get your a car. When I picked it up in the inside was still dirty and my air in my tires were not filled. Mrs. Wanda was the only one helpful. More
I purchased my truck from this dealer about 7 months ago and had a less than favorable experience but decided to give them another chance for my first service visit. I attempted to take the truck in about a month ago with a few electronic items to check out. I left the vehicle, called in the afternoon, and the truck had not been looked at because they were too busy. I went back and picked it up because I hadn't made plans to be without it overnight and told them I would bring it back. Around that same time, I purchased an extended warranty from Chrysler which provides for a first day loaner, among other things, when the truck is taken in for service, if it is a one day repair. I called on Monday of last week to schedule an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, software update and to check a rattle in the console. I wanted to make the appointment for Tuesday and wanted to pick back up the same day. They could not guaranty one day service and suggested an appointment for Thursday, but still could not guaranty it would be ready same day. I dropped the truck off Thursday morning and had not heard anything by 3:00 so I called to check on it. They had not looked at it and asked to keep it overnight and I agreed. I heard nothing all day Friday and returned Saturday at noon to pick the truck up regardless. When I asked to pick it up, it was promptly returned to me but still had not been looked at. They were too busy, for three days. I understood that was what an appointment was for, to give you priority over drop offs, but apparently I'm wrong. I was also refused a loaner vehicle when I dropped it off, as apparently they don't honor that part of the extended warranty. or I didn't fit the criteria. When I left the dealer around 12:30, I drove directly to another dealer and was in and out and less than two hours with all my service completed except for fixing the rattle. And this dealer scheduled a time for me to return for that repair and scheduled a loaner for me. Unfortunately, I will not to return to Hebert's Town and Country. More
I have a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab 5.7L Hemi that I purchased from this dealership. At appoximately 18,000 miles it completely died and would not start, (not a battery issue). Took it to this dealership and asked for a loaner car, since it was obviously still under warranty. I was shuffled around from person to person, spending a total of an hour at the dealership before they sent me to a service manager who said no way they could provide me a loaner and stand behind their product. I would in no way recommend this dealer if you value customer service after the sale!! More

As I was waiting to pick up my car I asked about trading it in and Norbert was more than helpful in giving me a very reasonable trade in value for it. I have always wanted a Dodge Charger so when I toured the lot and saw that they had a 2012 super bee in black I knew I had to have it. I would recommend this dealship to anyone looking to buy new or used!! If you want a car go here and if you want to feel like family ask to speak to Norbert! More
i have had the same problem with my car and they looked at it twice and said nothings wrong with it and also they didnt document the first time i brought it in so they said "WE ALWAYS DOCUMENT" and "we pu at it twice and said nothings wrong with it and also they didnt document the first time i brought it in so they said "WE ALWAYS DOCUMENT" and "we put is on the diagnostic machine" and "you have to step on the gas before starting the car and for three years i NEVER had to do that... now with in the last few months i have had to tow my car three times since july 7, 2011 for the same problem which is just a mess... not to mention that we i ask for a loaner car like when you take one home that your are "just thinking about buying" i was told no we dont let people take home cars... lie lie lie i know i have before just no help...i would like for my car to be fixed i mean it is a dodge and this is a dodge dealership More
Bought a 4 door jeep wrangler unlimited. Great car, had recall, took it in and they gave me a commander to drive. Bought it and love it.
