For example, when I schedule a service to be done and mention that I need a headlight changed I should be able to get list that while scheduling the service and it get taken care of at that time. As of now I have to make two separate appointments to have that done. More

Horrible. Will never go back to this dealership for any reason. Even if Hebert’s literally paid me money to do business with them I wouldn’t. My vehicle was in Will never go back to this dealership for any reason. Even if Hebert’s literally paid me money to do business with them I wouldn’t. My vehicle was in a wreck back in October of 2023. It took them five months to “put it back together”. Finally told me it was ready and received the vehicle back in worse shape than it was after the wreck. they had different sized rotors on the front, my windshield was still cracked, tail lights, blinks, alarm, horn none of them worked. They scratched my passenger front wheel. Finally emailed the owner and all he said was “I’ll look into it” and never heard another word from him. They treated me and my ASE certified wife like we were completely morons. Tried to sale the vehicle to them and was told to go “F$&@ myself” by a salesman because the receptionist said any salesman could help me and then Josh told me he’d have to wait on the sales manager before he could even look at my car. Horrible place. Horrible staff. Didn’t fix my car at all. More
