DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR AN REASON! !!!! This place doesn't know what they are doing when the work on your vehicle. Zero communication. Zero customer service. They have been hounding me !!!! This place doesn't know what they are doing when the work on your vehicle. Zero communication. Zero customer service. They have been hounding me FOR MONTHS to buy my car from me and once I "got the owner involved in my problems" they told me they couldn't buy my car from me because "it doesn't have cats on it." But the dealership I sold it to verified that the cats WERE still on the vehicle and that Hebert's doesn't know what they are talking about and bought the car from me. My wife is a certified mechanic and when the gave me my vehicle back to me after FIVE MONTHS of "working on it", lying to me ever step of the way AND stealing from Statefarm to fix the vehicle as cheaply as possible. It was give back to us with different sized rotors on the front one new brake pad instead of a new set of brake pads. No brake lights, tail lights. They completely vandalized all my custom work I had done under the hood. Scrapped it off while they were working on it and didn't even fix my windshield that was cracked in the wreck. I wrote a five page letter to the owner and all I got ONCE was a let me get to the bottom of it. Never heard anything after that. My wife has been called a moron by the Service manager Chuck and we had both been made to feel like we are complete morons ever though My wife and my self are mechanics. The sales staff sucks. If you want to be treated like you are worthless, like you are a moron, or just like abuse from people that are supposed to be doing a job then by all means take your vehicle here. BUT if you want good quality work and not be treated like you are from another planet I suggest taking it to the shade tree mechanic down the road and avoid this place like it was the black plaque. The service advisors are really attentive to my needs. I have been a customer for over two decades. The employees were awesome. Justin went above and beyond. My oil change light came on shortly after I left although I actually went in to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Great … ! Kind!! Caring ! Efficient ! Extremely customer oriented ! Friendly ! Fast and efficient ! I was traveling alone from OKC to Jacksonville Fla and Kind!! Caring ! Efficient ! Extremely customer oriented ! Friendly ! Fast and efficient ! I was traveling alone from OKC to Jacksonville Fla and these fine people saved my Christmas …. They got me up and going in record time … picked me up at my motel … delivered me to my car and sent me on my way. This could have been a timely delay that cost me valuable family time but thanks to these kind people I was able to make it to Florida in time for Christmas with time to spare. I will most likely never have the pleasure of seeing or working with this dealership or their service dept again but I will be eternally grateful for their kindness And assistance in my time of need ….. Service Dept goes above and beyond the norm to exceed consumer demands. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the dealership (even though I’m not 100% on the Grand Waggoneer).
