However, I left feeling disappointed by the extended repair time of five weeks (partly due to insurance delays). As a family of six with only one vehicle, we incurred rental costs that surpassed the actual repair expenses, and we were never offered a replacement vehicle by the dealership. I understand that the service department is busy, but clearer communication and a bit more consideration for customers’ circumstances would have gone a long way toward improving the overall experience. I'd still recommend them to others. More
