I recently had my vehicle serviced at Hebert’s Town and Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The staff was consistently friendly and professional, and all the repairs were completed to my satisfaction. However, I left feeling disappointed by the extended repair time of five weeks (partly due to insurance delays). As a family of six with only one vehicle, we incurred rental costs that surpassed the actual repair expenses, and we were never offered a replacement vehicle by the dealership. I understand that the service department is busy, but clearer communication and a bit more consideration for customers’ circumstances would have gone a long way toward improving the overall experience. I'd still recommend them to others. More

Day after Christmas I took a chance and swung by for them to look into fixing my folding mirrors on my Jeep for me. While they was looking my jeep over they noticed that the radiator seam was leaking, which to look into fixing my folding mirrors on my Jeep for me. While they was looking my jeep over they noticed that the radiator seam was leaking, which was a blessing with the amount of traveling I do. They were able to find the problem and repair the module for mirrors and install a new radiator within a week and got me going again before the new year. Wonderful people and service. We have bought multiple vehicles form them the past few years and their service is awesome. And the courtesy car wash and detail when i picked my jeep was right on point. More
