I've been having all my car work done at Heiser since 2004. In 2006 I bought a new Cobalt from Willie Lemle. In 2012 I worked with him again to trade the Cobalt in for a new Cruze. I have been working with the Heiser Group for my last 6 vehicle purchases. I specifically enjoy the relationship I have developed with Brian Crandel. As a manager, Brian always has made sure a sales pers vehicle purchases. I specifically enjoy the relationship I have developed with Brian Crandel. As a manager, Brian always has made sure a sales person knew what I was looking for and that I was taken care of. I am a no nonsense buyer, so when it was time to talk nimbers, Brian was there to assist and close the deal quickly. I have always left the dealership feeling like I mattered to them as a customer. Everyone wants the best "deal" they can get on whatever their vehicle of choice is, I have always left feeling good about the price of the vehicles I have purchased. Awful customer service. The manager told us our issue was our problem, not his. He was rude and cocky. We have had much better service elsewhere and will not return. We do NOT recommend this dealer.
