Amateurish I had a newer salesperson which was fine. Understand everyone will continue to learn on the job. However, when getting a purchase contract for my us I had a newer salesperson which was fine. Understand everyone will continue to learn on the job. However, when getting a purchase contract for my used vehicle, the finance person didn't even know it was "certified" and I had to show them on my phone via the website so I had a warranty, etc. The sales person went to another location to pick up vehicle for my test drive (not the one I originally wanted - sold @ 8:30 pm that night - 2 1/2 hours after she called to tell them she was picking up for a test drive in morning). They were accommodating with our work schedule but very unhappy when I had to pay for a 2nd set of keys and put in only a half tank of gas because it was used (2017 and paid almost $30,000). Have had good service for other vehicle in past which is why I'm leaning towards recommending to others. More

Good service, above average wait time. I am happy with the service I received. The staff was polite and courteous, however it seemed the service department was overbooked. It took two and I am happy with the service I received. The staff was polite and courteous, however it seemed the service department was overbooked. It took two and a half hours to diagnose a brake problem and change the oil. 90 minutes of this time was after the diagnosis. I have not had problems with previous experiences so this may have been a one time issue. More
