I had an issue with a used vehicle I had purchased. Heiser couldn't diagnose this issue correctly so they sent it across the street to another dealership. I purchased a 2021 Silverado 1500 brand new from this dealership. The salesperson sold me an extended warranty that I was told was with General Motors.
