Good service, above average wait time. I am happy with the service I received. The staff was polite and courteous, however it seemed the service department was overbooked. It took two and I am happy with the service I received. The staff was polite and courteous, however it seemed the service department was overbooked. It took two and a half hours to diagnose a brake problem and change the oil. 90 minutes of this time was after the diagnosis. I have not had problems with previous experiences so this may have been a one time issue. More
