Makes me feel uncomfortable and that he’s untrustworthy Feel like he takes advantage Certain people and I don’t like it He supposed to be there to make it easy for us for the ones who don’t know as much he Feel like he takes advantage Certain people and I don’t like it He supposed to be there to make it easy for us for the ones who don’t know as much he takes a vantage of that More
The reason I travel from Oak Creek to Heiser is because of the people. From Mike the service writer to the sales team, they're more like friends than they are a service center. We bought our car in Racine of the people. From Mike the service writer to the sales team, they're more like friends than they are a service center. We bought our car in Racine but all services are performed by Heiser. We trust them all with our Traverse and in turn they keep our family safe. More

This dealerships service department has to be one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with in my life. I would never recommend taking a vehicle here for service. I took my vehicle here for ball joint worst dealerships I have ever dealt with in my life. I would never recommend taking a vehicle here for service. I took my vehicle here for ball joints, upper control arms, oil change and my heater that was only blowing cold air. I dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday evening for my scheduled service on Thursday morning. Late Thursday afternoon I was told they were going to need to keep the vehicle overnight because they were having the parts shipped overnight. On Friday afternoon I called the dealership to find out the status of my vehicle and was told they would need to keep it over the weekend. I told them that was unacceptable that I needed a vehicle. They gave me a loaner vehicle at no charge. On Monday I never received an update on my vehicle. On Tuesday when I called to find out the status I was told they were going to need to keep the vehicle until Wednesday. This was just frustrating but then when they told me that the reason it wasn’t done was because the mechanic that was working on it had off on Monday and Tuesday. That was just about the straw that broke the camels back but wait it gets worse. On Wednesday I received a phone call telling me that I had a broken bolt in the block that held the thermostat housing on. This may need to be taken apart and sent in to have this bolt drilled out and they may need the vehicle for another week and it could cost me well over $1000.00. After the call, I punched out of work and went down to the dealership to see this for myself. I told my service advisor that I wanted to see my vehicle and show me what they were talking about. When he took me out to the shop and pointed out the issue it just so happens that the broken bolt was sitting there and you could clearly see that this was a fresh break done by there mechanic and they were trying to push the costs off on me. I took the broken bolt with me so I had the evidence if I needed it to prove this was done while in the dealerships possession and did not come in this way as they tried to say I did it before bringing it to them. In a earlier conversation the service advisory said that this thermostat was the original thermostat and it doesn’t look like it had ever been removed. I left there and very angry I decided to call the General Manager and explain the entire situation to him. Finally by mid to late afternoon I was finally told my vehicle was done and they were able to remove the broken bolt and put the new thermostat in without having to take the motor apart and send it in. I immediately went to the dealership to pick up my vehicle before they closed for the night. When I arrived and began reviewing the invoice, I noticed they replaced either one or two radiator hoses that I never had a problem with and did not authorize and earlier I was told I was not going to be charged the $500.00 for back flushing the system because it didn’t need to be done because it was only the thermostat that needed to be replaced because it was sticking. After bringing this up, they said it did need to be back flushed which I still don’t believe it was done because their stories have changed every time we discussed my vehicle and because I’ll share with you about having to take it back and actually have it back flushed. My 10% coupon was never applied and they said I would need to pay for everything in full and they would credit my debit card once it went through their accounting department otherwise it would be a complete mess. Frustrated, I paid the invoice after trying to fight it but they wouldn’t give me the keys until I paid in full. On the way home, everything seemed to be fixed except for the heater that still is blowing cold air. I called the dealership when I got home and they asked me to bring it back so they could look at it the next morning. I agreed but told them I was headed out of town the next day so I needed the vehicle back no later than 2:30 that afternoon. They assured me that it would be looked at first thing in the morning. Around mid-morning I received a call stating they were back flushing the system. I said I thought that was already done. They said it was but they were doing it again. I never heard from anyone from the dealership again and the 2:30 deadline was approaching. I began calling the service advisor and general manager at about 1:30 having them paged and leaving voicemails and no one would pick up or return any of my calls. Finally about 3:30 I received a call saying they have been working on it and they would like to keep it overnight to make sure it heats up in the morning after it sits for the night and the engine is cold. I told them I needed my vehicle or another loaner for another week. I left the decision up to the dealership and they decided to let me take my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, there was no cost for this work today. Driving up north, when I stopped I noticed antifreeze leaking and just kept an eye on it. When I arrived up north (4 hours north of Milwaukee) I was still leaking antifreeze so I bought a gallon of it while I was up north and continued to put antifreeze in as needed. When I returned home I was still leaking antifreeze and located it was coming from the new radiator hose that was replaced so I went through all the hoses made sure all of the connections were tight or I tightened them. Since doing this I have not had any antifreeze leaks. I never had any leaks of any of my hoses until the dealership replaced them which I don’t feel I needed but I was told they showed wear and they needed to be replaced. There is more detailed information on all of this but it’s like beating a dead horse. 1. Never received my 10% credit returned to my debit card. 2. Heater is still barely putting out any heat. 3. Bought my own antifreeze and tighten the radiator hoses. 4. Paid for one for sure and I think another radiator hose that I never thought had to be replaced and was not approved to replaced. 5. Constantly being lied to and telling me different things and tried to blame me for damage they caused. They tried to get an additional $1000.00 plus off of me. 6. Inconvenience of being without my vehicle for a week. 7. Couldn’t get anyone to get back to me or get me my vehicle back by the 2:30 deadline on the Thursday which caused me to miss an important meeting I had at the University of Oshkosh at 4:30. I had to reschedule that appointment for a later date that required me to travel up to Oshkosh a second time. More
