conflicting statements re: cost &/or repairs On November 11, 2019, my wife brought the 2012 Lincoln MKZ in to have windshield wipers replaced. While there, she told them that the right rear brake On November 11, 2019, my wife brought the 2012 Lincoln MKZ in to have windshield wipers replaced. While there, she told them that the right rear brake light was not fully on. The Service Rep , had it checked out & was told by the mechanic/Tech (who took the covering off the inside of trunk to get at light bar) stated that it was not the LED panel but a single bulb. I know it was checked because I found one of the screw/bolts that hold the trunk covering in place on the floor of the trunk. She was informed that the bulb was not in stock but they could get in the next morning. Also told that the estimated cost would be about $50. Either of us could just call & make the appointment & bring the car in & it'd be taken care of in the time it's take to replace the bulb. About a couple of week s later, the door handle was not working. My wife called & was told that this is something that happens with certain 2012 & later Lincoln, Ford, models. The appointment to repair the door handle & replace the brake light bulb was made for Dec. 17, 2019. I brought the car in on 12/17/19, & asked to have the door handle repaired 7 the brake light bulb replaced. them to also & asked them to replace the brake light bulb. I was later called by Heiser & told later that the entire LED panel, to the tune of roughly $390 dollar,s had to be replaced. I had the door handle repaired but not the brake light bulb because the entire panel was not out just one bulb. I was later called by Heiser re: the service I received and I told by the person who called me that maybe it (the difference in bulb vs entire LED panel) was something that had happened since 11/11/19 visit. I disagree since the entire panel is not dim, just one small spot. To date, I have not received an explanation re: the two different conclusions. If mistake was made by either Tech, I would have appreciated an admission of such. At this point, I like Heiser well enough but not sure if I can recommend it. I had a similar problem with tires. After bringing the car in 4-5 times because of the low tire pressure light coming on, they could never figure out the problem. On a trip town, the light came on indicating low tire pressure. We had to turn around near the Illinois border & return to Milwaukee. The Service Tech put air in the tires & we ended up with the same problem a few days later. We could not get an appointment on Silver Spring but were referred to the76th Street facility. It took them less than 10 minutes to find the problem (nail in tire was causing the slow leak /dash light warning light). Finally, we knew what the problem was. There've been other issue with the car from the first sale, the seat motor had to be replaced, carpeting in car & trunk had to be replaced due to very strong chemical/solvent used to detail car which caused my wife's lupus to flare. While I like the people &/or business enough, I am beginning to be concerned re: the issues with repairs. My brother-in law goes there for service also and has experienced the same issues I have. ( not resetting computer after oil changes, long waits, etc) Might have to start driving to Boucher Ford in Thiensville if this continues. OR switch to a Chevy. More

car shutting down while driving This car was purchased for Heiser. In the past 2 years it has been into their service between 10-15 times for related issues with no fix only replacin This car was purchased for Heiser. Chris Meyer has never called me back when promised and don Meyer seems to forget to follow up as well. I have been waiting for this issue to be resolved before I wrote this survey. I am writing this now because Don was going to call me back in a few minutes and after 3.5 hours I'm guessing he will not be calling me once again. I will say that every one is pleasant to deal with but I have to write down the facts. I hope this 18 month issue will be solved someday as well. More
Great Service! I have been servicing my fords with Heiser since 2004. I bought a 2012 fusion from Heiser and have Heiser do all the maintenance on the vehicle. I I have been servicing my fords with Heiser since 2004. I bought a 2012 fusion from Heiser and have Heiser do all the maintenance on the vehicle. I have recently bought new tires from them. I have complete confidence in the service department. They all do a great job. Most of my dealings is with Matt Pulaski and he is outstanding! Very competent and personal. I will continue to use and recommend Heiser. More
Poor customer service is the norm. The most recent visit to the service center is one of a few visit that was not completely disappointing. Most of the time the staff is aloof, unconcerned and condescending. I came in a couple of times for brakes and never got them. I took my car elsewhere to get the work done. Also I brought my car in for a oil change and when I got it back it had a oil leak from a cracked seal. I brought it in to get it fixed, they wouldn’t even address it. I took my car elsewhere to get the work done. I felt like because my car is a focus that I wasn’t as important as others. The last time I was there was probably the best visit. Service people don’t even make eye contact. More
