Regular Oil Change I don't have any serious complaints. The wait to check in was longer than expected; only 2 workers available to assist the customers. Heiser use to place a sticker on the front glass when it's time to bring the car in for oil change. The last 2 times, this has not been done. This is the first time since December (5 months) I took the car in. The service person that waited on me said my tires did not need to be rotated; not enough mileage. I was under the impression this was to be done each time the vehicle was taken in for oil change. No major complaints with service or personnel. More

Presented a coupon for $49.95 oil change, which s I experienced some communication miscues: Showed up at 8 am, was told my appointment was for 9 am. Presented a coupon for $49.95 oil change, which stated it included synthetic oil, then was told the final amount charged was higher because my car required synthetic oil. (I see nothing on the final invoice to indicate the coupon was applied.) I never have had either problem at other dealers in the past. Waiting area was pleasant and quiet, personnel were polite and helpful. Service adviser said he would try to work my car in sooner, due to the appointment mix-up, but it appeared he was not able to do so. I had a question about Sync I wanted to ask, but adviser was gone before I remembered it; I had been there long enough and didn't want to wait for him to be located. Young lady called to follow up on service but spoke too quickly on my voicemail for me to get her name. Had I been able to, I would have called her back to advise her about these problems. My husband was wowed the first time he brought my car here for service. I was not but am keeping an open mind for future visits. More
