Was disappointed by the service department not calling when my car was ready. I had used the shuttle service so they needed to pick me up from work. I called to check on the vehicle and they said they wer when my car was ready. I had used the shuttle service so they needed to pick me up from work. I called to check on the vehicle and they said they were just finishing the paperwork, so a co worker dropped me off then I waited another hour and half and still wasnt notified had to call again then it was ready, I asked why they hadn't called as far as anyone there knew I still needed to be picked up He acted like he didnt know that I'm sure it was on the invoice then no one would bring the car up. The shuttle driver then brought my car around for me. He was wonderful. Both for his shuttle service and bringing my car up. The rest could learn something about customer service from him. More
