Always get great service at Heiser. I have only 1 complaint. I wish they woukd put my headlights back on AUTOMATIC, when they are done. so my Ford Flex 2013 had a recall received the letter so my Ford Flex 2013 had a recall received the letter last year on fortunately in the pandemic cause everything to be delayed. Received the confirmation letter that they are not ready to fix the problem on the flex. May one call to the dealership then immediately knew what I was talking about and set my appointment. They told mr early that it might take three to four hours it took exactly that call me everything went so smoothly I would definitely recommend taking your car there for services thank you guys. More
