You no doubt have some great employees....friendly, caring and with good personalities. It all starts with the greeter when I pull in the service bay and ends when I pay the cashier. Oil Drain????? Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. After paying I started vehicle and the oil light was on. Shutoff engine and went back in office.Tech came out and checked oil and there was NONE.He had to go and bring some out from the service area. I called the service mgr. and he did refund the cost of the service work,nothing more.I just hope no damage was done to the engine. I also checked the lug nuts when I got home in case they were loose. Not a very professional job. More

Free Service left Scratch Marks on my brand new Toyota I just bought the brand new Toyota Highlander XLE (September, 2014), and yesterday (3/21/2015) was my first scheduled free service @Heiser location. I just bought the brand new Toyota Highlander XLE (September, 2014), and yesterday (3/21/2015) was my first scheduled free service @Heiser location. Surprisingly, after the service I have discovered scratch marks on my vehicle body, not sure is it during their service process or their Free-Car wash -- resulted into these scratch marks. This is something -- really makes us extremely sad, as this is an expensive, brand new vehicles and I am sure no one like to see any scratch mark on it's body! Chue Lee gives 150% customer service, the problem started with Wheel Key Lock, I could not find it, and I had never used it, Toyota is the only service department that has worked on my Rav 4. When the tires with Wheel Key Lock, I could not find it, and I had never used it, Toyota is the only service department that has worked on my Rav 4. When the tires were rotated they used a master key lock, the solution to the situation was to order a new one free of charge thanks to Chue and his manager. Whenever I go to Heiser for oil change, etc, everyone is always friendly and customer service is always 100% or more. More

The dealership has always delivered friendly, prompt service. The pricing appears reasonable for a dealer. I have bought 2 sets of tires and they were able to get the tires I wanted at a reasonable pr service. The pricing appears reasonable for a dealer. The only minor problems I have had, which did not affect the review, is whether they wash the car before giving it to me after servicing or whether I have to drive it through their car wash. There was another instance when I had a water pump replaced but the new pump was leaking when I returned home. The service manger promptly took care of it by having the car towed back to Heiser and corrected the problem. I do not know if this was caused by a faulty part or by an installation error. I did appreciate the quick response and corrective action. More
The service I received on my car was outstanding. The garage and waiting area are the best I have ever experienced in this business.
