Had to wait about 5 minutes before being waited on even with 4 advisors who were not taking care of any customers. Austin didn't appear to be as knowledgeable as other advisors I've worked with in the past. Disappointed to see so many employees in service and sales floor not wearing masks correctly including Austin.

Disappointed with the lack of proper customer service provided by the “Service Advisor” Kayla Schwager. I brought my vehicle in for 10k mile oil change & tire rotation. Upon completion of service I was told job was completed & was ready to go. I found work order stated cabin air filter & under hood air filter needed immediate attention & I was told NOTHING !
