I found a used 2014 Jeep Cherokee at Heller Motors in Pontiac, IL, that I really liked on Cars.com. I contacted the dealership through Cars and a salesman, Justin, called right away. I drove over 2 hours Pontiac, IL, that I really liked on Cars.com. I contacted the dealership through Cars and a salesman, Justin, called right away. I drove over 2 hours to get there and test drove it. I bought it outright with no hassle at all. They delivered it with new tires and alignment in a couple of days! They even filled the gas tank! I'm very happy! Great user format and search, Cars! This was my first time, but I'll be sure to use Cars again. Thank you! More

I purchased a 2014 Cadillac Escalade from this dealership, and from the beginning, it was nothing short of stellar service!! Ryan Cox (my salesperson) had the keys & vehicle ready to be test drive dealership, and from the beginning, it was nothing short of stellar service!! Ryan Cox (my salesperson) had the keys & vehicle ready to be test driven when I arrived!! Afterwards, he introduced me to Jake (Heller) who provided me with all the financing information I needed to make an informed decision on my purchase. But at no-point did they pressure me to do anything (which was well appreciated)! They always made me feel like I had the final decision on what I wanted to do (no matter what my decision was). Needless to say, I purchased the vehicle, and shortly afterwards when I had a problem with the car, not only did they service it for free, but Jake gave me a complimentary vehicle to accommodate me while it was being repaired (unbelievable)!! I drove 1hr to do business with these guys, and would do it again if I had to. I'd recommend them ANYDAY to buy a car from! Not a good experience here. Bought a truck that they claimed needed no work. It needed to basics which they didn't perform prior to sale....Wheels were out of balance and truck Bought a truck that they claimed needed no work. It needed to basics which they didn't perform prior to sale....Wheels were out of balance and truck was pulling to the left (needed alignment). Mind you this was a 2021, probably driven hard by previous owner. These guys aren't truthful and do not do their due diligence prior to listing a vehicle for sale. Will be taking next steps to ensure proper action is taken and issue is resolved. I tried to resolve it amicably, but they stopped responding and were of no help. More
