I purchased a 2014 Cadillac Escalade from this dealership, and from the beginning, it was nothing short of stellar service!! Ryan Cox (my salesperson) had the keys & vehicle ready to be test drive dealership, and from the beginning, it was nothing short of stellar service!! Ryan Cox (my salesperson) had the keys & vehicle ready to be test driven when I arrived!! Afterwards, he introduced me to Jake (Heller) who provided me with all the financing information I needed to make an informed decision on my purchase. But at no-point did they pressure me to do anything (which was well appreciated)! They always made me feel like I had the final decision on what I wanted to do (no matter what my decision was). Needless to say, I purchased the vehicle, and shortly afterwards when I had a problem with the car, not only did they service it for free, but Jake gave me a complimentary vehicle to accommodate me while it was being repaired (unbelievable)!! I drove 1hr to do business with these guys, and would do it again if I had to. I'd recommend them ANYDAY to buy a car from! Not a good experience here. Bought a truck that they claimed needed no work. It needed to basics which they didn't perform prior to sale....Wheels were out of balance and truck Bought a truck that they claimed needed no work. Mind you this was a 2021, probably driven hard by previous owner. These guys aren't truthful and do not do their due diligence prior to listing a vehicle for sale. Will be taking next steps to ensure proper action is taken and issue is resolved. I tried to resolve it amicably, but they stopped responding and were of no help. More
