It was a good experience overall. Price negotiation of my trade in was a big disappointment as they undervalued my car and offered a discount in the extended warranty which probably was not real in order my trade in was a big disappointment as they undervalued my car and offered a discount in the extended warranty which probably was not real in order to "compensate" for the low ball offer. I was very close to leave the dealer but Jaime Sanchez is a really nice guy and did not want to impact him. This time was better than before. Last time windshield wipers were bad and it was not reported on post service paperwork. So I made a point of letting people know there was an issue with the wipers before wipers were bad and it was not reported on post service paperwork. Also on previous services I reported bogging down when accelerating and they said they found no issues. I'm now past warrantee and still having the same issues. Out of the multiple cars I have purchased or leased through John Hine this car I have been the most dis-satisfied with. Patricia and Tabitha have been great to work with. More
