The oil change and inspection was good, but they wanted to charge me $90 for a cabin filter that costs less than $15 and takes less than a minute to take out and put back in. Hines dealership was professional and courteous. I was also impressed with the way they responded when I brought the car back a half hour after the repairs because there was a vibration after they rotated the tires. I was expecting a push-back, but they instantly took the car back, checked it out and corrected the problem! More
The service department took my car in and didn’t even begin to look at it until over a week after it was there. My car was there for three weeks and I had no update.
