feedback on service dept I brought my Mercedes in early to the parts department on saturday june 9th for a replacement key fob etc. They sent me to the service dept upstairs I brought my Mercedes in early to the parts department on saturday june 9th for a replacement key fob etc. They sent me to the service dept upstairs where Jackie Wong met me. He was extremely attentive to my needs knowledgeable and courteous. he knew I was going to go work after this visit and he took care of the programming of the new key fob quickly. He also volunteered to drop of the " manual " inside key to my home as to save me the time of another trip > When that key arrived at Mercedes he did drop if off at my home. That was greatly appreciated by me as it saved me a lot of time. As a sales mgr in my job I greatly appreciate when a employee goes above and beyond to satisfy the client's needs. More
