Mr. Mahmood - We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the services received. When you contacted your Service Advisor, Andy Lin, for the seat leather concern, a loaner vehicle was over-ridden so you would have a vehicle over the weekend. We were able to expedite the ordered part and the vehicle was completed that Monday. You returned that same day for the ECO system. We kept the vehicle for the week but unfortunately was not able to duplicate the concern. During that time, Mr. Lin kept you informed on the testing that was being performed. Ultimately, the vehicle was released back to you as the ECO system was operating to manufacturer specifications. We can assure you that paint touchups are not done without prior approval. Additionally, we were not made aware of any scratches during or after you picked up the vehicle. We value your business and feedback and invite you back to speak to the Service Manager, Richard Grein, to view the bumper scratches. 888-313-9205
