We apologize you were not informed before leaving a deposit. All our Carfax documents are in each vehicle. We will make a vehicle available as long as we are able to have an understanding of the work that was done. We would never sell a vehicle if the report was structural or safety -only cosmetic and appropriate cosmetic. You were given every opportunity to not proceed with the purchase as we never want a client to not be 100 percent satisfied. My name is Suzanne Cochrane and I am the General Manager here. Please feel free to reach out to me at anytime to discuss further. 718-631-8181
