I honestly walked into Hemls Bros with a negative attitude about all dealerships because of my recent terrible experiences with Beiner Audi and Star N I honestly walked into Hemls Bros with a negative attitude about all dealerships because of my recent terrible experiences with Beiner Audi and Star Nissan. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! I walked in and was greeted within seconds by Evelyn Chin whom with no hesitation offered to let me test drive the CLA I had been interested in. She did not inquire about my financial situation prior to letting me do so and made no judgments based on my age. She was highly knowledgeable, walked me through everything there was to know about the car and soon enough I was on the road! To my surprise the CLA was not for me and I was not even interested in the C300 until she made such a good case for it that I had to check it out. Needless to say I drove out of the lot a few days later in a brand new c300 and I am extremely happy. The process from beginning to end was enjoyable, exciting, transparent, and efficient and it was all because of Ms. Chin. She was personable and never tried to force me into making any purchases. In fact she encouraged me to think about it, which no dealer has ever done! I feel good about this purchase and that is the most important thing. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family as long as Ms. Chin continues to be a part of the Helms Bros. team! Thanks so much!! More
6th Car from Helms Bros. Just turned in a 2010 GL350 Bluetech and picked up a 2014 GL350 Bluetech. This is my second GL350 and the 6th car that I leased or purchased from Helm Just turned in a 2010 GL350 Bluetech and picked up a 2014 GL350 Bluetech. This is my second GL350 and the 6th car that I leased or purchased from Helms Bros. All the paperwork was ready and i was done and in my new car in less than an hour. Michael as in my first purchase made the process a pleasure keeping me informed throughout from date of building to date of delivery. Dodge Challenger SRT8 Recently my wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with the people of Helms Bros. on the purchase of a Challenger SRT8 I had found thru an internet se Recently my wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with the people of Helms Bros. on the purchase of a Challenger SRT8 I had found thru an internet search. From the initial contact with Andrea on the car, to negotiations with John and pickup of the car at the dealership with Peter, it could not have been a more pleasurable experience. Andrea first determined my interest in the car and John and I arrived at a sale price in very short order. John provided pictures of the car amongst the Mercedes on the show room floor and Andrea followed thru with all the paperwork necessary to have with us when we picked up the car. She also handled contact with our insurance company to get that in place. When we arrived at the dealership, Peter met us and showed us the car, which was clean and detailed, ready to go with a full tank of gas. (Professional touch as we had recently purchased an expensive Durango for my wife and the dealer had sent us on our way with half a tank). Peter completed all of the turn over documents with us, brought the car around front and made sure we had good directions for our return trip home, as well as a Helms gift package. Later that night, I received a call from John and Peter to ensure we had made it home with no problems, and that we were happy with our purchase. During this week, I received a followup call from a young lady to confirm everything was fine.
