I went to bring my truck in for 8 recalls to be fix Had David verify the only problem wrong with my truck was clock spring. Other than that everything was fine. The mechanic that spoke with David, and had David verify the only problem wrong with my truck was clock spring. Other than that everything was fine. The mechanic that spoke with David, and had a very bad attitude. ! hour after my truck was fixed Quote unquote i was driving it home transmission was jerking really bad. I called David back he said bring it by tomorrow. Brought it back they dinked around with it for 2 hours said they weren't sure what was wrong with it. Then they said nobody did anything to it. That it was a coincidence my transmission just starts giving problems like that after it was with David nothing was wrong with the truck. Now I am paying $3300 to get my entire transmission rebuilt. Helms Motor Company Will never get any type of Business From me Again. They don't want to own up for anything they did. More
