I felt like I was taken seriously and that they really cared. I went to a previous dealer and told them what was wrong with my car and they claimed to check things that they did not. I took it to Helms and they fixed it in less than a day AND they carefully listened to everything I was saying about the issues I was having. 10/10 would recommend. More

I am a new resident to Westport and having always maintained and serviced my vehicles through their respective dealerships, I needed to begin a relationship near me. My first contact was with Todd, i maintained and serviced my vehicles through their respective dealerships, I needed to begin a relationship near me. My first contact was with Todd, in the service department. He was professional, knowledgeable, regarding my first vehicle. I then need tires and maintenance to my 2nd vehicle. The tire price he provided was competitive to the market and we agreed to move forward. Todd reached back, to inform me that there were shipping issues with the tires. It allowed me to find another source for the tire, without having to wait an indefinite amount of time. I purchased tires and brought them in. Todd and the techs were accommodating to expedite the install service. I commend the tech, who upon install noticed a calibration issue with the tire sensors. He would not allow the vehicle to leave, until he corrected the issue.Upon completion a full explanation of the issue was provided. While I've only had two visits to Helms, it appears I can trust them to build our relationship, with my cost and safety in mind...😁 More
