My wife and I had our baby early. Therefore, I was unable to make it down to Hemborg to look for a new car. Jamie in Internet sales was extremely helpful and understood our situation. She searched throughout to make it down to Hemborg to look for a new car. Jamie in Internet sales was extremely helpful and understood our situation. She searched throughout her inventory for a brand new 2012 Edge. She found one and was able to keep the price just under our 30k out the door price. Also, Eric(k) sp? was extremely helpful with explaining the features and didn't push for a sale. I've been in sales and when a salesman like Eric(k) just talks to you as in a casual conversation, it's much more relaxing and makes for a better experience. We will be back for our next car purchase! More
I went in looking for an economical vehicle. I am 21 so I had very small amount of credit. Luis showed me a few cars and I ended up on the 08 Ford Taurus. It had 55000 miles and was in very good condition. I told him lets check my credit first since I am a first time buyer and I did not want to waste his time. He insisted we drive it first and that I was not wasting his time. Very friendly and very professional. I needed a payment around 250 to 300 after going back and forth we had agreed on 295 if the bank could approve it, I come back the next day to find out my payment was only $256!! I was ecstatic! Luis had the car cleaned and gas tank filled. Very joyful buying experience and I will be back again! Thanks Guys! -Ryan More
OK SO AT FIRST I WASNT GOING TO STOOP TO THE DEALERSHIPS LEVEL BUT I FEEL MY TIME AS WELL AS MY FAMILY MEMBERS TIMES HAVE BEEN WASTED THE THREE OR FOUR TIMES HEMBORG FORD SALES REPS DEWAYNE, AND JOHN HAVE G LEVEL BUT I FEEL MY TIME AS WELL AS MY FAMILY MEMBERS TIMES HAVE BEEN WASTED THE THREE OR FOUR TIMES HEMBORG FORD SALES REPS DEWAYNE, AND JOHN HAVE GIVEN ME THE RUN AROUND. THE FIRST DAY I RAN MY CREDIT WITH THEM THEY PROMISED ME A 2008 FORD EDGE BUT ONCE I GOT DOWN THERE IT WAS A WHOLE NOTHER STORY.THEY THEN TRIED TO GET ME IN SOME OLDER CRAPPY CARS WELL JOHN DID ANYWAY AND THEN AFTER A FEW DAYS HE MAKES ME SETTLE FOR A 2005 FORD ESCAPE HYBRID WITH OVER 115,000 MILES ON IT CAR PAYMENTS A MONTH WERE ALMOST 400 AND WITH MY INCOME AT THE TIME HE ASKED ME TO PUT WAY TOO MUCH DOWN WHICH WAS 2000 WHEN I WAS ONLY SUPPOSED TO PUT DOWN 500-1000 WHEN I SPOKE WITH DEWAYNE.AFTER I FINALLY GOT TO LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP IN THIS SUV,I STARTED HAVING MANY ISSUES WITH THE CAR LIKE OVERHEATING ISSUES,LIGHTS POPPING ON AND OFF,FUEL GAGE ACTING UP AFTER I PUT GAS IN IT,AND CLICKING NOISES UNDER THE CAR.I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED MY ATTORNEY AFTER THIS AND HAVE ALSO CONTACTED HEMBORG ABOUT IT BUT WHATS SO FUNNY AFTER I TOLD THEM ABOUT THIS ISSUE THEY WANTED ME TO BRING THE CAR BACK STATING AT FIRST THEY COULDNT GET ME FINANCED BUT ONCE I DIDNT BRING CAR IN CAUSE OF A ILLNESS GOING ON WITH ME THEY COULDNT SPEAK WITH ME SO THEY ENDED UP PCIKING UP THE VEHICLE AT MY FRIENDS HOUSE.THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP I EVER BEEN TO AND HAVE THE WORST FINANCING.I WOULDNT EVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE,NOT THE RICHEST PERSON IN THE WORLD,NOT EVEN A BUM.I AM ONLY SPEAKING MERE TRUTH AS WOULD MY FAMILY WHO WITNESSED IT ALL.THIS DEALERSHIP IS VERY MONEY HUNGRY AND JUST WANT TO SALE CARS WHETHER THEIR REALLY BAD CARS OR OK ONES.I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN.I DIDNT EVEN WANT THAT CAR FROM JUMP SO WHEN THE TOW GUY CHRIS CAME I JUST GAVE HIM THE KEYS AND TOLD HIM HERE YOU GO WITH NO PROBLEM.I AM NOW PURSUING A LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS CAR LOT FOR MANY REASONS AND I HAVE MANY WITNESSES AND PROOF.I HOPE YOU ALL LISTEN CAUSE I DONT WANT TO SEE ANYONE ELSE GET DONE WRONG LIKE ME AND MANY OTHERS.
