I had a very specific car in mind when I went there and even though they did not have the one I wanted they found the car I wanted even though it was 50 miles away. I live in Southern Oregon and found my dream car on this lot. I am so lucky that Hemborg Ford had this car. I sent my inquiry on a Sunday evening and Teri called and emailed me that same evening. She was clear and up front with me from the very beginning, but it wasn't in a gruff way that many sales people often take. Teri was VERY friendly, warm, and inviting in such a pleasant way that made me feel like I was talking with friendly. By the end of Sunday evening, she and I had nearly finished the deal. We confirmed the deal on Monday afternoon and the paperwork began. I made travel arrangements to fly to southern California to take delivery of my perfect car the following Sunday and Teri kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire week. That Sunday morning, Lorenzo picked my father and I up at LAX (an hour's drive from the dealership and on his day off) and was also extremely friendly. He was very sociable and quite pleasant. This was about 3 hours longer than I would think is acceptable. This length of time was not because of trying to decide. After the first 1/2 hour we began the negotiations. There was a lull in the activities for almost 45 minutes where I kept being told I would be going to the finance department in "5 minutes". I finally told the dealer I was going to get some lunch and we could pick this up later. Other than that, I am very pleased with the car I got and the price I paid. I am also pleased with the financing options I was given. More
