Meleak was straight forward about money issues, and he made an effort to provide me with the car I wanted at a reasonable price, and he didn't try to hide any of the discounts and other credits offered by Ford and other entities. He talked to me over the phone several times, and he didn't insist that I visit the dealership, which other dealers do to apply the proverbial thumb screws. Rip off Went because my heater on the right wasn’t working. My service person said they had the part in stock, they did not and had to go elsewhere to get it Went because my heater on the right wasn’t working. My service person said they had the part in stock, they did not and had to go elsewhere to get it. The part cost $31.00 and they charged me $405.00 for labor, $135/per hr. and I’m positive they didn’t spend all that time working on my car. They should document their mechanics on video to show the hrs. Their mechanics are actually working on your car. More
