She is a lovely, warm person who anticipates your every need and concern. Her professionalism is always apparent as she moves you through the process seamlessly and effortlessly. I am convinced that Karen is looking out for her customers. She just couldn't be nicer. I look forward to seeing her because she is so pleasant and easy to deal with.
