It was very easy to schedule an appointment via telephone. I arrived on time for my New York State Inspection and was greeted immediately. I was informed that the service would be complementary a telephone. I arrived on time for my New York State Inspection and was greeted immediately. I was informed that the service would be complementary and I could wait. The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable and my service was completed in under an hour.
