I had a huge nail in my tire and it went completely flat. I called made an appointment, got it towed there and got Karen as my advisor. She was patient and nice while I was worried about how they would fix m I called made an appointment, got it towed there and got Karen as my advisor. She was patient and nice while I was worried about how they would fix my car and the costs. First I was told 3 to 4 days until it can even be looked at. I was upset but I understood.
