I feel confident knowing that i can trust their expertise when it comes to servicing my vehicle. I have never been told i needed 'something' I did not need when it came to servicing my car. I remember being told by a rival mechanic that I needed 'something' done, but my instincts told me to get a second opinion, so I went back to Hempstead Ford and was told I did not need 'that' done. I remember being told a long time ago that I get what I pay for. It is true. If there was ever an issue (maybe one or two over twenty plus years) with the work done at Hempstead Ford, they welcomed the opportunity to check it out and correct without the drama many rivals put you through. first service with new Explorer Best service visit I've ever had. I was 1/2 hour early for my appointment.
