The best service! I have been bringing my Lincoln for service to Hempstead Ford/Lincoln for years. The service department is great, they service my car perfectly, and I I have been bringing my Lincoln for service to Hempstead Ford/Lincoln for years. The service department is great, they service my car perfectly, and I have never had to bring the car back to have something "Redone." They also wash the car as well when service is complete which is nice and convenient as well. My service adviser is Karen W., and frankly, she is one of the main reasons I go to this dealership. She is honest, and always keeps me informed as to what is going on with my vehicle. Further, whenever I have had an emergency car issue, they always fit me in and try to accommodate me! Horrible Experience Horrible experience came here to have my car fixed and all they did was come up with excuses. Karen the service agent was very rude and disrespectful. I was told supposedly my tires went bad which is why there was a loud noise coming from the bottom of the car. I agree to change them and the noise was still there.
