CheckTire Pressure light While driving on the parkway, the check tire pressure light came on. Fearing a potential flat tire due to a nail, I detoured to Hempstead Ford to have While driving on the parkway, the check tire pressure light came on. Fearing a potential flat tire due to a nail, I detoured to Hempstead Ford to have it checked. I was taken right away by Juan Toro, my service adviser at 2:20 PM. The tires were checked, no nails, and I was informed it was due to the change in climate from warm weather to 30 degree weather. I was able to continue driving without fear that I would have a flat tire on the parkway. I have owned Ford cars since 1993 and have always found Hempstead Ford's service department to be outstanding. More

I leased 2 vehicles last year a Ford Escape and a Lincoln MKZ and both John Tally made the sales experience an actual wonderful experience and Charlie Durante in service is top notch.
