Staff friendly and helpful but took way too long to purchase a vehicle. Appointment was for 0700, around 0730-0735 I was checked in at the desk. I’ve been coming here since 2013-2014 when I bought my car, each time seems to be getting less organized. Paul and the staff were kind and courteous but I felt deceived by the whole experience. Paul even picked me up from the airport and drove me to my hotel. Super nice and appreciated his effort. Unfortunately, the vehicle had been smoked in and that was disclosed in fact that was my first question about the car, 'has this been smoked in?' Paul's response was "No this car was a demo loaner no smoking whatsoever ". The AC was on full blast before the test drive, and no smoke was detected. Same when I drove it back to AZ. Once it sat in the AZ sun it was more than obvious and I called Paul. It was even hinted that I was making this up. I offered to take it to a dealer to verify but that was refused. The bottom line is nothing has been done to remedy the situation. Also during the test drive, there were floor mats in the trunk, I assumed they would be included in the purchase. They were not included as the car was presented to me after the financing was completed. That one is mostly on me but again felt deceived. I'm very disappointed. I'm guessing owners and sales directors will do zero to resolve any of this, they got the sale and that is the most important thing, right? That is a super low bar, even for a dealer. More
