Creating Customer Loyalty The folks at Henderson Hyundai made me a loyal customer....and that is no easy task. I do not like shopping for cars but I love owning new cars. I st The folks at Henderson Hyundai made me a loyal customer....and that is no easy task. I do not like shopping for cars but I love owning new cars. I started my search on the internet. I knew what I was looking for and had a budget. I knew at some point I would need to go to the dealership and face the "onslaught" of sales people trying to sell me a car. I narrowed my search down to 2 cars and made the trip to the dealership. Before I could get to the door, a nicely dressed sales person opened the door and welcomed me in to the dealership. I appreciated that since it was 115 degrees that day. I no more than got inside the door and I was offered water. I said yes please and ask for the online person that I had been working with. I didn't get a frown or disappointed look from the sales person, he smiled and said, right this way. I was offered a chair and within a few minutes, I was introduced to Josh Rosa. Josh was very pleasant and already knew that I was looking to see 2 cars. Josh welcomed me and then went to get the 2 cars I had ask about. Josh patiently answered all of my questions while I took a test drive. My time was very limited so I told Josh I would think about it. Josh followed up with me and I made another trip to the dealership. At no point did I get pressed to buy a car. I think Josh figured out early that I was a serious buyer and that I would buy a car. Along the way there was some confusion about financing....keep in mind this is the point would you would have lost me as a customer. I had planned to use my credit union but somehow didn't get the right paperwork for the credit union. I received a call from Justin Engel. Justin could tell that I was frustrated and ask if there was a particular reason I was using my credit union. I told him that I didn't want to go thru the hassle of getting approved thru the dealership. Justin said there would be no hassle and ask if he could get me a better rate, would I consider financing thru Hyundai. I responded yes but was still a bit worried. Justin called me back as promised in 20 minutes and told me I was approved and the paperwork along with my new car would be ready to go when I arrived. I came back to the dealership, signed papers and left a very happy and loyal customer, driving my new car. Thank you Josh and Justin....you can be assured that I will tell everyone I met about my awesome experience. More

Took him about 30 minutes to get to me because he was busy selling a car. he answered all my questions and got me signed in to blue tooth. He was very helpful and professional.
