The techs at initial point of contact were great. Very efficient and friendly. I was ignored by the customer service reps. It would have been nice to receive an acknowledgement of my presence. I was told the service would take about 4 hours. No offer of a ride home and pick up after service was completed. After sitting in the waiting area for over 4 hours, I flagged down the man who had checked me in. I had to ask for an update on my cars status. I miss my original customer service rep. This was a very disappointing experience. I am planning to return to the service location that took care of my old car. They are certified to do the warranty work on my car. More
Second purchase at this store. Both were very easy. I probably should have taken away one star due to problems getting the second key fab to me. Service advisor and service on my vehicle was great, as usual…..my only complaint is the service was over 3 hours long and there is no shuttle, no loaner cars, so you sit in a noisy waiting room……it was no usual…..my only complaint is the service was over 3 hours long and there is no shuttle, no loaner cars, so you sit in a noisy waiting room……it was not a good experience as the vending machines are behind you and the sales offices are on the side of you….it actually was pretty bad…….you need to offer something besides sitting in your waiting lounge…… More

Dropped car off at 930am , I called around noon and 2-3pm got transferred to Richard- no answer left a voicemail and no return call. Called back again at 4pm lady said the guys name was Michael. He sai 2-3pm got transferred to Richard- no answer left a voicemail and no return call. Called back again at 4pm lady said the guys name was Michael. He said he tried to call both numbers- couldn’t contact me. Finally picked up car at 530pm. I took the car in for an oil change. More
