The techs at initial point of contact were great. Very efficient and friendly. I was ignored by the customer service reps. It would have been nice to receive an acknowledgement of my presence. I was told the service would take about 4 hours. No offer of a ride home and pick up after service was completed. After sitting in the waiting area for over 4 hours, I flagged down the man who had checked me in. I had to ask for an update on my cars status. I miss my original customer service rep. This was a very disappointing experience. I am planning to return to the service location that took care of my old car. They are certified to do the warranty work on my car. More

Dropped car off at 930am , I called around noon and 2-3pm got transferred to Richard- no answer left a voicemail and no return call. Called back again at 4pm lady said the guys name was Michael. This is the first & LAST time I’ll be purchasing a vehicle from a big dealership especially this one! This has been by far THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Apart from CREDIT APPLICATION FRAUD(I have video p vehicle from a big dealership especially this one! This has been by far THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Apart from CREDIT APPLICATION FRAUD(I have video proof of this) this dealership is just shady all around! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TREATED LIKE A WALKING MONEY SIGN SINCE THE JUMP! I just purchased my vehicle in April 2022! Now the general manager is telling me they’re under “new management” in 2 months ? When I looked up the owner when I purchased , it was FRANK MAIONE . I now look up who is the owner & it is still referring to as Frank as the owner!(Hence the reason I CC’d him in my last email). I’ll be submitting my info/videos/pics to the News next! I know for a fact the day I walked in there wasn’t their FIRST time committing FRAUD! But if I filled out that application myself with false information I would have faced a fine , jail time & or a felony! If you ever come anywhere near here turn back and RUN! Save your money , credit , and the stress!!!! More
