Did not receive promotional prize I purchased my car on 7/25 and was then told by my sales rep to spin the prize wheel. I landed on $100 VISA gift card. I asked about my gift card and was then told they were out of them but a check would be mailed to me. It is now 8/18 (17 days later) and I still have not received the $100 gift card/check. I have communicated with my sales rep Gene and was told that "the check was sent out" but that was 11 days ago and I still have not received anything. It is just plain rude and disgusting that I just bought a brand new car and am about to pay over $30,000 for it, but yet my dealership can't even get my the $100 gift card I won in THEIR promotional prize wheel.
