He even offered to keep it for me for a few days until I could get there to purchase it. When I arrived, I was given the royal treatment throughout the entire experience. He answered all of my questions (there were many!!) and made sure I knew how to operate my new car. With Ricky, I never felt pressured to get more extras, buy a more expensive model, or that I was not good enough with a lower credit score. He said he was working for me and I genuinely felt that he was. It was a very welcoming feeling in the showroom also, everyone saying hi as they bustled about with other customers. I am glad that I tried another dealership as my last experience at Planet Hyundai was the complete opposite. I would never go back to Planet but will return and always recommend Henderson Hyundai.
