Dishonest cheats I went in for service, decided to test drive and buy a new Santa Fe as my last one was so good to me. Made deal, salesman wrote key terms down and asked me to sign - 5,000 trade in, 2250 in rebates, and options for down payment/monthly payment (trade in value was at LEAST 5,000 on all sites I researched). I chose the down payment and he asked me to sign. I did - we had a deal. Then I was asked to wait, despite having told them I needed to get to work. When I finally got into the finance department the guy rushed me through everything. When I got home I realized why - despite my agreement with the salesman, they only gave me $4,000 for my trade in. This was NOT the deal. I tried to contact sales and of course, never received a response. This is not sales tactics - this is quite simply lying. They tell you one thing and put another in the contract which you sign based on what they told you. I would NEVER EVER EVER do business with this dealership again and recommend you do not either. If you do, don't rely on anything they tell you, review your contract VERY carefully as they change the terms you agreed upon. I was a loyal returning customer and this is how I was treated. For $1k they just lost a customer they could have had for life. More

I heard hyundai made a good car but unfortunately they are an abusive company with no respect for the customer. You think you are a car buyer, but your closer thinks you are a chump but unfortunately they are an abusive company with no respect for the customer. The closer should be fired. 2nd problem--they did not send the registration paperwork to motor vehicles within the 15 day limit, so I had to pay an extension and am still waiting. 3rd problem-- they did not send the $500 gas check negotiated. 4th problem--they did not disclose in advance that the car did not come with a spare. Visions of sitting in 115 degree heat waiting hours for a tow truck to fix a measly flat. Years ago I bought a pickup and the disclosed IN ADVANCE that a spare was not included. More
