My wife and I went to your dealership for an adventure. Two ladies I work with both recommended your dealership. She knows how to roll with the flow. She was very helpful in getting things rolling for us. I used to work in retail and she would be a star anywhere. I was referred to Bruce by one of the ladies I work with and had said the magic words to me. A no nonsense experience. I gave Josephine an approximate time as I don't get out to Henderson anymore. I used to have service done on my Accent back in the 1990's. Josephine made a profound statement to me which exactly is how I felt. I hate going car shopping and the dentist. It's true. Car shopping is the last thing I want to do. That is why it has been thirteen years since the last visit to a car dealership. Everyone was so helpful. Cheri and I drove out on May 22, 2014 and met Bruce Boisvert at the door. He was very bottom line which shocked me but I sure loved it as did my wife. I have only known one other car salesman that I hit it off that well and he has passed away. Then we got to work with Mark Diepetro the finance manager. I told him I needed the Stratocaster on the wall which turned out to be a Squire. I used to play so we really hit it off. We would both recommend the A-Team. Thank you for all of your help. Overpriced Parts I have a Hyundai with over 240,000 on it love the car will never buy one from these folks. I had to have some repairs done. Our mechanic does not have the ability to get dealer parts so I purchased the parts for him to install. Front arm bushings $28.00 each from these guys $22.00 from Planet Hyundai. Harmonic Balancer $180+ from these guys $160.00 from Planet Hyundai. I did not think that different dealers had different mark ups on "factory parts" that is how naive I am. I will never buy a car from these people if they choose to be unfair like this. Imagine how much more you pay for service here. More

Within an hour I received a reply from Brian via e-mail with an internet quote for the vehicle I was looking to buy. I called him and told him I needed to arrange financing through my credit union and when that was complete I would call him. He told me to give him a call when I was ready to come in. This past Saturday I gave him a call to arrange a time to come to the dealership. When I arrived I was met by Harvey who introduced me to Brian. Harvey got the vehicle I was interested in and let me test drive it. He answered all my questions about the car. Harvey told me the discounts that I was eligible for, including a military retiree discount. Harvey gave me a very fair out-the-door price for the car and that was that. No pressure at all. Mark Dipietro, the finance manager, was also a no pressure guy. The entire transaction was actually enjoyable. Within an hour I was driving away with my new vehicle. I would solidly recommend Henderson Hyundai in general to anyone and specifically Brian and Harvey as sales reps. Thanks guys. It was the best car buying experince I've ever had!
