We had a bad experience while trying to purchase a Sonata for my 74 year old father at Planet Hyundai on Sahara ave in Las Vegas, NV. The Closer/ sales Manager was beyond rude banging on the desk and grabbin for my 74 year old father at Planet Hyundai on Sahara ave in Las Vegas, NV. The Closer/ sales Manager was beyond rude banging on the desk and grabbing paperwork off the table we were sitting at and talking in a loud obtrusive voice. At that point I told my father we need to leave as I would not let him be abused in order to by the car he had picked out in this dealership. The salesman was a gentleman but had no control over his managers actions. I drove him to Henderson even though we were 30 miles away and it was also my 72nd birthday. On entering the Henderson Hyundai store we went directly to the managers area and told him briefly that we wanted to buy a care as quickly and without the hassle we had just been thru. The manager said he would be happy to do his best to satisfy us and asked salesman Charles Harvey to assist in finding the exact that my father wanted.Mr Harvey was very kind and professional throughout the entire process and explained in detail everything that was happening in the sale. We test drove the car, which was not even offered on both of my fathers previous trips to Planet Hyundai. Charles was very patient with both my father and I.
