This was by far the BEST car buying experience I ever had. I was flying in for a new job and left my one car back in CA with my wife until she could relocate with me in several weeks. I reviewed many dealerships on line and chose Henderson Hyuandai based on past ratings I saw here. I reviewed available used vehicles and chose a 2006 Santa Fe. AND the Carfax report was available and FREE! I sent an email and was quickly responded to by Josie. I explained that I was flying in and needed a car, and she immediately volunteered to pick me up at the airport. I arrived and waiting for me was Gary, who also drove to the airport the car I was wanting to possibly purchase. And there it was at the airport, all prepped and clean and ready to go. Customer service at its best! We arrived at the dealership and the deal was signed and final in just a very short time, and I drove away in my Santa Fe the same day! I highly recommend Henderson Hyundai to anyone thinking about buying a car in the Las Vegas area. They were honest, upfront, and went to extraordinary lengths to make sure I was happy and satisfied and that I was confident that I was getting the best deal. More

My college kids lost the keys to their Elantra. they are in cedar city Utah, so they got a ride to st. George had a key made and after that couldn't get the car to start. A security issue, the new key was just a regular key. I called several dealerships for help, none would. However, when I spoke to Tyrece Williams he went the extra mile. He took my information, tracked down the car to make sure I was the owner, called me back and gave me instructions. After about 15 minutes he called back to check to see if it worked. I told him I hadn't even talked to them yet, they were at practice, and work. I assured him I would call this morning. Oh, by the way....it was way after 6 and he was still helping me! We didn't even buy our car at Henderson Hyundai, but he was helping, and concerned! The car started and I called him back this morning. Everyone should know what a wonderful employee Tyrece is. We are a returned customer and to our satisfaction we worked with the same salesman..He was wonderful, patient (we are not to savvy on new gadgets) and taught us all we needed to know.. Brian was prepared for me as soon as I entered the dealership. The car was waiting for me, all I had to do was fill out paperwork and out the door I went. My sales person for the 2013 Sonata was Dorian. He is a gentleman and I was treated extremely well. He has been very helpful and has followed up offering any assistance that I might need with the equipme gentleman and I was treated extremely well. Awful service center. Damaged more then they fixed, and was a nightmare to deal with. Will never recommend them to anyone again. The customer service throughout this whole ordeal was abysmal. I am now out 200+ because they can't do a simple repair. They didn't even tell me about the damage until after the car was returned. Both service manager's act like you are trying to inconvenience them by having their service reps actually complete the work that you paid them for. Use another dealer, this one will manage to just scam you. More
Service and all managers tried to make me pay for a full wire harness that only in the Insurance appraiser and my opinion required a 15 minute fix. But the dealer wanted $2,600.00 approx. Then they wanted to charge me twice the amopunt to fix a piece of plastic at the wheel well. This was the first time I bought foregn and never again after this one. More
