This is the second new car I have purchased from Henderson Hyundai and I wish I had stopped with the first. We took for every service appointment evidently they did nothing and wrote down service w Henderson Hyundai and I wish I had stopped with the first. The service manager SCREAMED AT MY DAUGHTER he never wanted to see us or the car again had her in tears. I purchased this car from them because I am a single mom and my daughter works late in the evenings and wanted her to have something that we did not have to worry about, well when people do not do there job correctly and no one monitors them I suppose they have enough customers it does not matter how you treat a good return customer. You have no idea what we have been through we were put off at every turn it has been over 45 days it took over 30 to get a copy of the service record they had on there computer all the time they had our car. Then they released the car to neither me or my daughter to a stranger to them and did not even ask for his ID. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE THEY RUNNING? BEWARE IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING A CAR FROM HENDERSON HYUNDAI - MAKE SURE YOU SEE THEM SERVICE YOUR CAR. More

This is the best dealership where I have ever bought a car. Simply, they do what they say. When asked a question they get you an answer. When discussing price they are responsive and fair. THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY You know there is a problem with the deal when the general manager calls it a "P.R. nightmare", the sales manager tells you that if he had been there, he would "never have let it happen" and added, "you paid as much as possible for the car", then a salesman says he would "NEVER let his mother take a deal like that". But salesman Mahood was out for the easy sale! I did try to resolve the issue with them and they PROMISED to call me back, but of course they never did. That's what happened to me. Hyundai's are good cars. Just don't buy one from Henderson Hyundai. More

Someone @ Henderson Hyundai figured out that killing your customers with kindness = increased sales and great word of mouth. I recently purchased my 4th Hyundai from HH and dealt with Josie. She was a delight !! She knew the product, she went out of her way to work with me, AND made the entire process a PLEASURE. Yes, I know it's hard to believe that this happened at a car dealer, but it did. I can't say enough about the transaction. It was so good, that I'm taking my son there next week to buy another car. Guess who I'm going to deal with?? More
